Systematic errors in the trace analysis of elements and compounds. Laboratory for examination of environmental samples. Quality of the laboratory. Determination limit. Contamination free methods of sampling of water, waste water, sediments, soils, plants, animal and human tissues. The preparation methods of environmental samples of biotope and biocenosis: drying, grounding, sieving, extraction, decomposition. Instrumentation. The choice of the proper analytical method concerning the concentration of analyte. The portable field kits of water, soil and sediments examination. Economical point of view of the environmental analysis. Determination of summary parameters of water and waste water. Sampling and analysis of particles in the air. Environmental specimen banking and its role in the environmental analysis. The natural sources of retrospectives samples. Biomonitoring. The analytical methods of solid waste (domestic and industrial) and the products of its utilisation. The influence of waste depots on the environment. The utilisation of analytical results in the environmental protection and in the environmental policy.
