Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry

Educational and
professional goals:

Presentation of practical aspects of:
    · optimization of separation parameters in reversed phase chromatography
    · chromatographic systems with various detectors.
Calculation of chromatographic parameters based on experimental data (retention factor, efficiency etc.).

Course description:

The course is divided into two parts: e-learning and experimental exercises in lab. During e-learning education some presentations and animation are available, students resolve theoretical problems and tests. During experimental work students confirm chromatographic rules.
