Presentation of theoretical principles, instrumental aspects and applications of high-performance liquid chromatography.

Course description:

HPLC is commonly used for separation and determination of multi-component samples. Lectures cover the following subjects: classification of chromatographic methods, chromatographic theory, column selection and instrumentation, optimization of experimental conditions, application of HPLC for determination different classes of compounds, quantitative determination, as well as perspective of chromatographic methods development.
