Course description:

Students learn databases of sequences, protein structures and other biopolymers. Special attention is focused upon practical abilities of communication with various servers which provide structural and functional information. Various exercises on comparative modeling, ligand docking, and other tasks of computer aided enzyme and drug design are also expected.

Basic courses in biochemistry biophysics and computer programming.
